Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
In case of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a solution, such as a refund or assistance in finding a similar product.
Discounts
All discounts not specifically issued and published during Black Week (from November 19, 2023, 20:00 CET to November 27, 2023, 23:59 CET) are invalid during this promotional period.
Discounts will be reactivated after the end of Black Week.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the order is dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
We deliver throughout Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €60; otherwise, a €6 shipping fee applies.
Shipping providers include DAO, PostNord, GLS, UPS and FedEx.
Important: If your selected pickup location is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point, and you will be notified accordingly.
Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Warranty
You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the applicable purchase laws.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults.
Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, refund, or a partial refund.
The warranty does not cover misuse or improper handling of the product.
To file a complaint:
You must contact us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue—within two months is always considered timely.
If your complaint is accepted, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Always return the product in protective packaging and keep your shipping receipt.
We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds
For refunds, please include your bank account details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) so that we can process the refund securely.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges During Sales
Products purchased during sales, special promotional campaigns, or with specific discounts are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you wish to cancel a purchase made during a sale, any refund will reflect the sale price at the time of cancellation.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the purchase date.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to support@fit-iq.eu.
Please note: You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the delivery without first notifying us.
If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the entire order, including the gift, to qualify for a full refund.
How to Return a Product
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You bear the risk for the product until we receive it back.

The product must be returned securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
If you would like us to assist with a return label, we can issue one and deduct the return cost from your refund.
Condition of Returned Products
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
If the product has been used more extensively, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the condition of the item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid, minus any potential deductions for diminished value or shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
Complaints
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding a product or service, you can submit your complaint to:

The complaint must concern products or services priced between €150 and €13,500.
Please note there may be a complaint fee.
