Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the final delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order delivery times are approximate and dependent on stock arrival from our suppliers.
In rare cases, supplier delays beyond our control may result in later dispatches or partial shipments.

Pre-Order Shipping Times

Please note that shipping estimates for pre-orders may vary and are subject to change based on supplier timelines and logistics circumstances.

International and European Orders

International express shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, but can take longer if there are delays or customs issues within your country.

Please be aware that global supply chain disruptions may affect shipping times.
When delivering to remote destinations, we recommend allowing the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us if your order has not yet arrived.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Products:
    If you are returning a faulty product within the first 30 days, Fit IQ will cover the return shipping costs (within the European Union).

  • Change of Mind:
    If you are returning an unused item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
