Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at support@fit-iq.eu

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


 

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with the rest of our policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

This means you can use our products risk-free for 30 days to test if they’re right for you.

If, against expectations, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate your refund or exchange, please send us an email at support@fit-iq.eu. providing your order number and your request for either an exchange or return.

 


 

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item shows significant signs of use and is not in the same condition as when you received it.
Please return the item in the original packaging (bag and box) or another secure packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will also notify you via email once your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

 


 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must first email us at support@fit-iq.eu.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service for your return.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
